We reside close to the beautiful Peak District, in the Staffordshire Moorlands, which obviously inspires us continually! Although neither of us stick to landscape photography. We both love taking and making images. Will enjoys Nature and candid photography, while I love pointing my camera at anything and everything! Plus I love a fiddle and diddle on the computer!
Our photography really took off a few years ago when we joined the local camera club at Leek. You learn very quickly what not to do, if you want to please the club judges! We enter competitions and exhibitions worldwide, and really love it when our images are awarded or commended, abroad and at home. My image 'Afghan Hounds', has received two Gold medals in this country, and several other awards! Will's panel, 'Red Stag Jumping', has received a Ribbon, and his Husky Dogs has several awards too!
We both use Canon Cameras and Lenses, which we adore.
All our images are printed at home on an Epson A2 printer, with professional art printing paper, and original inks to obtain the most longevity possible. If images are framed and away from direct sunlight there is no reason that they should not last at least 75 years before they start to fade. (This does not include our greetings cards, as we get the image printed for us to keep costs down.)
